Sessions With Allison
My bodywork is a combination of modalities customized to facilitate a healing change within the body and allow you to live better and move better. I have taken many trainings across the country and have combined that learning into my own custom technique. As we age we tell ourselves that the pain or stiffness we are feeling is just what happens over time. We accept that there will be a certain amount of dysfunction. With proper self care and knowledge about muscular function, much of that thinking can be proven faulty. Allow me to show you how to improve your mobility for longevity, relieve pain, and correct dysfunctional compensation patterns that are not serving your greater goals!- Initial NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) session 75 min $200This is for new client initial NKT assessment and treatment session. I take a full history and background information, discuss the goals of your sessions, and assess your current function. Home program is given.
- NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) - Follow Up session (45 min) $150Current client only. Must have had an initial NKT session previously. 45 minutes. Recheck of prior patterns and new home program given.
- Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) - Follow Up session (75 min) $200Current client only. Must have had an initial NKT session previously. 75 minutes.
- Energetic Kinetic Reset (energy work) 45 min $150Energy work to clear physical pain or movement limitations created through emotion, memory, injury/surgery, cording, trauma, and other energetic ties. Fully clothed session. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement so I can muscle test your body, both on and off the table.
- massage add-on, 45 min - with existing appointments only $150This is a 45 minute massage available only to existing clients, added onto the end of a scheduled NKT or EKR session. It will not be a full body massage but will align with what was found in the session to support the best outcome for the clients goals.
- 75 minute custom massage $180Custom massage session utilizing multiple modalities determined by what the body needs
- 2hr massage session $300
Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model® Method Sessions
These "Mobility for Longevity" sessions will offer you the chance to learn self-care techniques with a focus on proper body movement, facial release, improved respiration, stress reduction and better motor control. We will pay attention to areas of the body that are affected by overuse, misuse, and underuse, as well as areas that are body blind spots we aren't able to utilize fully. These sessions are designed to help you erase pain, improve posture, and enhance performance no matter what you do to move your body.
