Service:Mobility for Longevity, Body Recovery - 60 min change

Wear comfortable fitted athletic clothing such as yoga pants or shorts and sports bra/tank top. Balls and mats provided but you may bring your own. Be able to get up and down on the floor for best session. Please advise me if you are not able to do this and I will adapt the session to fit your level of mobility.
